This catering guide represents some of our most popular options, or we will create a customized menu just for your function.   Please contact our office at 803-786-2251 for additional information or assistance in booking your special event.   To Best Serve your needs a 72 hour Minimum advance notice of confirmation is required.

Morning Editions

Continental Breakfast: Assorted Bagels, Cream Cheese, Muffins and Seasonal Fresh Fruit. 

Executive Continental Breakfast: Assorted Bagels, Cream Cheese, Preserves, Muffins, Pastries and Seasonal Fresh Fruit.

Liter Continental Breakfast: Assorted Cereals, Low-Fat Granola, Low-Fat Yogurts, Low-Fat Muffins, Seasonal Fresh Fruit .and 2% Milk.

Southern Flare Buffet Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, Grits or Home- Fries, Biscuits and Gravy.

Breakfast Sandwich Buffet: Ham & Cheese Croissants, Sausage Biscuits, Egg & Cheese Biscuits, Hash browns and Seasonal Fresh Fruit.

Executive Power Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon or Sausage, Lyonnaise Potatoes, French Toast with Warm Syrup and Seasonal Fresh Fruit.

Market Cavery

Market Carvery is Buffet Style Service that will include your choice of Entree’s, Tossed Garden Salad, Rolls and two vegetables, dessert and assorted bottle beverages.

Baked Ham, Baked Chicken, Glazed Pork Loin, Pot Roast, Baked Lasagna, BBQ Pork,  Sautéed Chicken Breast w/ Parmesan Sauce,  Fried Chicken Quarter,  Burgundy Beef Tips, Asian

Classic Deli Buffet:  Smoked Turkey Breast, Honey Ham, Roast Beef, Assorted Cheeses, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Breads and Rolls.  Choice of Two Salads, Seasonal Fresh Fruit.  Served with Choice of Desserts and Assorted Soft Drinks.

Trio of Salads: A Boxed Lunch with Three Sandwich Halves. Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad & Egg Salad.  Chips, One salad Choice. Cookies or Brownie and assorted drinks

Loaded Croissant Sandwich: Croissant Sandwiches loaded with Honey Ham, Smoked Turkey, Roast Beef and Cheese. Lettuce & Tomato tray. Choice of One Salad, Chips and Fresh Fruit.  Cookies or Brownies and Assorted Soft Drinks.  

The Super Sub: 7” sub with Ham, Turkey Roast Beef and Salami. You’re Choice of Salads and Chips.  Cookies or Brownies and Assorted Soft Drinks.  

The Lighter Side: Grilled Chicken Sandwich served on a bun with Honey Mustard, Choice of Salads, Fresh Fruit, Cookies or Brownie and Assorted Soft Drinks.

Wrapables

Flavored Tortilla Wraps with your choice of fillings, Chicken Caesar, Ham or Turkey & Cheese or, Grilled Chicken. Served w/ Choice of Salad, Chips, Cookies or Brownies and Assorted Soft Drinks.

Garden Emporium

Fried or Grilled Chicken Salad: Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Carrots, Cucumbers and topped with Grilled or Fried Chicken Breast.   Served as a Boxed Lunch.

Chicken Caesar Salad: Romaine Lettuce, Parmesan Cheese & Croutons. Caesar Dressing on the side then topped with a Grilled Chicken Breast.

Chef Salad: Mixed Greens, Tomato, Cucumber, Egg, Ham, Turkey, Swiss and American Cheese.

All salads are served with choice of Dressing, Crackers or Roll & Butter, Fresh Fruit, Cookie or Brownie and Assorted Sodas.
