ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

The majority of college facilities are equipped with audiovisual presentation equipment. Audio Visual Technicians are available during normal business hours to assist in event set up. Should a technician be needed for more than basic set up, or outside of normal business hours, an hourly charge will be incurred. When booking facilities, please have the presentation requirements identified. Should there be additional technical requirements, costs will be determined prior to event confirmation. Other services available include event documentation, video conferencing and satellite downlinks. Costs will be determined prior to event confirmation.
