The Auxiliary Services Department of Midlands
Technical College supervises facilities (located on
Airport and Beltline Campuses) which are available
to our college community for meeting groups and/or
conferences, as well as faculty and staff meetings.
These facilities may be reserved by calling
Kim Boatwright at (803) 822-3215. The
Special Events Coordinator may be contacted Mondays
thru Thursdays from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and on
Fridays from 8:00 am to 1:30 pm.
If there is no answer in the office, please leave a
telephone message or e-mail
Kim Boatwright. Your
call will be answered at the earliest convenience.
All rental facilities will be charged the full day
rate for rooms reserved on the weekends per day,
regardless if the rental is for half or full day
use.
If your group or activity requires the use of
Midlands Technical College classrooms or you desire
to reserve facilities at our Harbison Campus, the
following offices may be contacted for reservations:
